PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This is a 100% online, self-paced program 

• There are no traditional class times or seat-time requirements 

• I am responsible for progressing through coursework at my own pace 

• Completion of the program depends on my effort, consistency, and performance 

ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to:

• Complete all assigned coursework independently 

• Submit my own original work 

• Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty 

• Maintain regular progress in my courses 

Failure to meet academic expectations may result in academic review or removal from the program.

ATTENDANCE POLICY 

I understand that attendance is measured by:

• Login activity 

• Assignment submissions 

• Course progress 

Extended inactivity may result in:

• Academic warnings 

• Temporary deactivation 

• Withdrawal from the program 

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

I acknowledge that I must have:

• Reliable internet access 

• A working device (computer, laptop, or tablet) 

Ascend Academy is not responsible for personal technical issues that prevent course completion.

REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

• All tuition and fees are non-refundable once enrollment is processed 

• No refunds will be issued for: 

  • Lack of participation 

  • Failure to complete coursework 

  • Personal or scheduling conflicts 

COMMUNICATION AGREEMENT

I agree to:

• Maintain an active and working email address 

• Check communications regularly 

• Respond to school outreach when necessary 

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I understand that:

• Ascend Academy provides an online educational platform and academic support 

• My success depends on my personal commitment and participation 

• Ascend Academy is not liable for: 

  • Lack of student progress 

  • Failure to complete the program 

  • Technical issues outside of the school’s control
